After announcing that he would be postponing his tour due to health-related reasons, E Street Band’s Bruce Springsteen is now back on his feet to get back on tour and announced his new tour dates. The latest postponement marked the fifth time The Boss had to take his tour to a future date.
Springsteen was being treated for peptic ulcer disease, a diagnosis he first revealed earlier in September. The disease can cause extreme stomach pain due to problems in the small intestine. Although the singer told that he was recovering ‘steadily,’ the band still had to cancel the tour.
The rocker shared the news on X (formerly Twitter) along with the tour dates. He assured his fans that tickets for the postponed shows would still be valid for the new dates, and the dates for Canada would be announced the following week.
The tour is expected to start on March 19 in Phoenix and wrap up on September 13 in Baltimore.
