Diddy has been trolled by 50 Cent after another sexual assault lawsuit was filed against the Bad Boy Records founder.
Lil Rod, a producer who worked with Diddy on his latest project The Love Album: Off the Grid, has accused the media mogul of sexual harassment as well as drugging and threatening him over the course of a year.
Puffy (real name Sean Combs) has vehemently denied the claims, with his lawyer Shawn Holley saying in a statement to HipHopDX: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
She added: “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
50 Cent, who has been relentlessly mocking Diddy for months, once again added to his rival’s woes over this new lawsuit.
In since-deleted Instagram posts, the G-Unit screenshotted a headline about the lawsuit and wrote: “Aww shit, I’m on the floor dead somebody bring me back to life.”
He also said: “Maybe this is a big misunderstanding. I just don’t go to the man’s parties. This is just not my kinda vibe.”
50 also posted pictures of Diddy in embraces with fellow rivals Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather where it looked as if they were about to kiss.
Lil Rod (real name Rodney Jones Jr.) alleges in his lawsuit that Diddy forced him to procure sex workers and engage in sexual activity with them.
According to The New York Times, the producer claims that Puffy made him work in his bathroom as the Bad Boy boss showered naked and that he repeatedly engaged in unsolicited sexual contact.
The lawsuit also details an alleged event where Lil Rod woke up in bed with two sex workers with no recollection. He suspects he was drugged.
Lil Rod further claims to have witnessed Diddy spiking alcoholic drinks that were served to women at his home and that some of the women were underage.
The lawsuit includes a number of other notable names including Diddy’s son Justin Combs. Rod alleges that Diddy had Justin and Bad Boy producer Stevie J solicit underage sex workers to attend parties at his mansion.
Rod also claims to have witnessed Diddy and Justin getting into a fight at a recording studio which resulted in gunfire being exchanged and another person being hit in the stomach.
Rod alleges that Diddy told him to lie about the circumstances of the shooting to the police.
Justin has also issued a statement through his attorney, denying the claims of the lawsuit: “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies!
“This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”
Some of the other lurid claims made in the lawsuit include Lil Rod alleging that Diddy made him watch a sex tape Stevie J made with another man. The lawsuit includes screenshots of the alleged video.
Rod additionally claims that a cousin of Diddy’s then-girlfriend Yung Miami sexually assaulted him and tried to have sex with him in front the mogul.
Another name mentioned in the lawsuit is actor Cuba Gooding Jr., who Rod claims was “groping and fondling” him on Diddy’s yacht. The Oscar-winning actor has yet to respond to the claims.
The lawsuit also mentions a 1999 shooting which resulted in Shyne being sentenced to 10 years in prison. Rod claims that Diddy said he was responsible for the shooting.
As well as Diddy and Justin, the suit also names Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam as defendants.
The producer claims in the lawsuit that Grainge, Habtemariam, Motown Records, Love Records and Universal Music Group effectively worked together with Combs in a “RICO enterprise.”
Lil Rod is seeking $30 million in the suit.
Weeks earlier, Rod had set up a GoFundMe page to help fund his lawsuit as he claims he has failed to be paid for his work with Diddy. The producer has so far raised just under $1,500 of his $50,000 goal.
This is the fifth sexual assault lawsuit filed against Diddy since November when he was accused of rape by his ex-girlfriend Cassie.
The former couple quickly settled the suit for an undisclosed sum, with the producer maintaining his innocence.
He is currently fighting three other lawsuits in court, including one that claims he and two other men gang raped a 17-year-old girl in his recording studio in 2003.
In a statement following those initial lawsuits, Combs denied any wrongdoing, saying: “Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
