A Snoop Dogg fan was all smiles when she thought she met the rapper on a flight recently — but unfortunately for her, she was bamboozled by a lookalike.
In a now-viral clip that hit social media on Tuesday (January 17), a flight attendant can be seen posing for a photo with who she thought was Snoop. The man who was mistaken for the legendary rapper certainly didn’t do anything to correct her, posing for the pic and being egged on by his cousin behind the camera.
The woman wasn’t the only one fooled, as the clip also shows a few other people posing with the lookalike as well.
The video eventually made its way to Snoop himself, who posted it on his page with laughing and shrug emojis as the caption. While people in the comments had a good laugh, quite a few people called for him to find the woman in the clip and let her meet the rapper for real.
As for the real Snoop Dogg, he recently revealed he’d been incentivized with quite a lucrative payday to create an OnlyFans page. However, he swiftly turned down the nine-figure sum because he knew his wife would never go for that.
“They got at me when one of them little girls made like $20million on there,” he said on the premiere episode of comedian Slink Johnson’s Wake & Bake with Double S Express Instagram Live show. “They were like, ‘OnlyFans wants you to come on there, Snoop! You could do about $100million. All you gotta do is pull that thang out.’”
He went on: “I’m like, ‘I got a Black wife, n-gga. Ain’t no way in the world she gonna allow me to go on there and pull that thang out for no amount of money!’”
For Snoop Dogg’s celebrity peers who are open to posting their x-rated content on the site, there’s certainly a big payday that awaits.
In November, it was revealed that Iggy Azalea raked in $48million on the popular platform in 2023, becoming the top celebrity earner and slightly edging out Cardi B (who brought in $45million).
Tyga, meanwhile, brought in $20million from OnlyFans before deactivating his profile to start his own, competing platform known as Myystar.
Other top earners on the platform include Amber Rose (who raked in $26million), Chris Brown ($15million), and DJ Khaled and Fat Joe ($4million).
