Travis Scott brought out Kanye West to play a slew of hits, including “Runaway” and “All of the Lights,” at the Orlando stop on his Circus Maximus tour.
The controversial rapper’s appearances as of late have mainly centered around “Vultures,” his upcoming collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign. And though he did play the project’s title track during Scott’s show, he unexpectedly filled the rest of his time on stage with hits, including “Runaway,” “Fade,” “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “All of the Lights” and “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1,” as reported by Complex Music. But, of course, West added an unsettling twist to the otherwise “old Kanye” performance by donning a white hockey mask à la “Friday the 13th” killer Jason Voorhees.

West is attempting a comeback after his antisemitic comments last fall landed him in hot water. He was condemned by the Anti-Defamation League, faced suspensions on social media platforms and was dropped from major partnerships including with Adidas, Balenciaga and Gap.
However, West has continued to cause controversy during his latest album cycle, with the title track’s lyrics including the line, “How am I antisemitic? I just fucked a Jewish bitch.” And, during a livestreamed album listening session in Las Vegas, West delivered a lengthy rant in which he compared himself to Jesus Christ and Hitler. Shortly after, he posted a brief apology to the Jewish community on Instagram, written in Hebrew.
“I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions. It was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused,” West wrote. “I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”
Originally set for release on Jan. 12, “Vultures” is now said to be dropping in three volumes starting on Feb. 9.
