Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx had previously revealed on Twitter that he would like to tour with Guns N’ Roses in the future. More recently another fan asked the timeline of the possible co-headlining tour Sixx replied:
“We think it would be a killer tour for the fans but nothing is in the works. We’re still figuring out what’s next (next year) for us…. “
Even though Nikki shared that a Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses tour would ‘destroy the world’ there is nothing set in stone. Instead the guitarist shared how they have been doing as a band by stating:
“Like I said to a friend the other day. ‘This is happiest and tightest we’ve been in years.’ We’re in it to win it.”
With Mötley Crüe calculating their next plan of action, they just wrapped up the US leg of the World Tour with Def Leppard. They are waiting to hit the road once again for Japan and Australia this coming November. You can find out more about tickets and dates here.
Besides upcoming dates, Sixx also shared with fans that he has been working on a new track during his recent staycation. The singer tweeted about what he has been working on behind-the-scenes. He wrote:
“Started one [a new track] the other day called ‘No F*cks Given.’”
