As for Lively, the “Gossip Girl” star wore a black spaghetti-strapped leather dress with black knee-high Christian Louboutin boots.
The actress also carried a beige clutch, accessorizing her look with gold hooped earrings and stacked gold bracelets.
Swift celebrated her big day amongst friends as her hunky beau Travis Kelce stayed behind in Kansas City, Mo.
Unfortunately, a source confirmed to Page Six that the Kansas City Chiefs linebacker had to miss the celebration due to mandatory football practice.
