Watch: This wheelchair-bound kid’s Eminem cover is the most inspiring thing you’ll see today

12-year-old Sparsh Shah, who goes by the name PURHYTHM, recently released a cover of Eminem’s 2010 hit Not Afraid.

Due to a condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta -which renders his bones extremely brittle, Shah from New Jersey uses a wheelchair.

However, in a Facebook post, Shah reveals how the song Not Afraid empowers him. “I feel like Not Afraid has been my power song ever since I heard it for the first time and Eminem became my idol in the rap genre”. About Eminem he goes on to say, ” He has inspired me so much with his powerful songs and lyrics (minus curses), and I aspire that one day, I could get to meet him and sing (or rap!) with him.”

The sweet young rapper also thanks his parents for their support and Pratik Shah who helped him record his version of the song. It has been his dream Shah says to inspire “billions of people” with his on music and hopes to make that dream come true. Well his cover of his idol’s song is a start.

PURHYTHM, who sings with passion and heart has already become an inspiration to almost 683,276 people who have viewed his video.
